User conduct

You may use Ombudsmen.co.za by completing the Contact us form after you register.

Reports/Complaints remain on Ombudsmen.co.za for a period of twelve months and may not be removed unless they contain unlawful content.

Users are prohibited from posting unlawful content, including defamatory, insulting, private, racist, sexist, threatening, harassing, degrading, fraudulent, obscene, indecent or otherwise objectionable material ("unlawful content") on Ombudsmen.co.za

Although the owner of Ombudsmen.co.za will attempt to keep all objectionable reports off this website, the administrators and moderators do not review all reports. All reports express the views of the author, and neither the owner of Ombudsmen.co.za nor its members, its representatives, its employees or its independent contractors will be held responsible for the content of any report.

The owner and administrators of Ombudsmen.co.za reserve the right to remove or edit any report for any reason.

No advertising is allowed in any reports.

Use of this website is solely at the risk of the user. Users acknowledge that they remain responsible for all content which they post on Ombudsmen.co.za and its owners, operators, host and moderators disclaim all and any liability which may arise from the content of any post.

You confirm that you are a bona fide customer of the suppliers that you write reports about, and that all the facts contained in your reports are true and accurately describe your experiences with the suppliers. You acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions of Ombudsmen.co.za and that your reports do not contain unlawful content, including content that is defamatory, insulting, private, racist, sexist, threatening, harassing, degrading, fraudulent, obscene, indecent or otherwise objectionable.

You understand that your personal details (name, contact number, email address and any other identifying information provided by you to the owner of Ombudsmen.co.za) may be disclosed to the suppliers concerned in the sole discretion of the owner of Ombudsmen.co.za. You consent to your details being disclosed to the supplier concerned and you undertake not to institute legal action against the owner of Ombudsmen.co.za for breach of privacy or any related cause of action in relation to such a disclosure. You also consent to your personal details being kept by the owner of Ombudsmen.co.za for a period of 5 (five) years from the time that you provide them to the owner of Ombudsmen.co.za.

In the event you violate these Terms and Conditions, the owner of Ombudsmen.co.za has the right to terminate your access to the site and take whatever other steps the owner deems necessary. By registering with the Hellopeter.com website, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data in that policy.

Supplier Conduct

Suppliers acknowledge that users of the Ombudsmen.co.za website may use the website to post unlawful content, including defamatory, insulting, private, racist, sexist, threatening, harassing, degrading, fraudulent, obscene, indecent or otherwise objectionable material ("unlawful content") about the suppliers. Suppliers undertake not to institute legal action or take any steps whatsoever against the owner/s of Ombudsmen.co.za, its members, its representatives, its employees and its independent contractors, as a result of any unlawful content posted on the Ombudsmen.co.za website, whether arising from negligence or any other cause whatsoever. Suppliers undertake not to institute legal action or take any steps whatsoever against any user of the website, as a result of any defamatory or insulting content posted on the Ombudsmen.co.za website, whether arising from negligence or any other cause whatsoever.

In the event that a supplier finds a report unlawful or inappropriate, please contact us with your concerns.

Important note: In terms of section 77(2) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, any person who lodges a notification of unlawful activity knowing that it materially misrepresents the facts is liable for damages for wrongful take-down.

You may use Hellopeter.com by completing the Login form. Once you have Registered and submitted your details, please await the email link which is sent to you, and click on the link before using the site.

By registering with Hellopeter.com, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself including correct names, email address and telephone number, and to update your information if it changes. After registration you will be sent an email to verify that the email address you use for registration is controlled by you. Please click on the link to be activated as a user on Hellopeter.com.

Note: If your email account is set to receive PLAIN TEXT messages only, you will not be able to click on the link in the email, in which case, please copy and paste the URL to the address bar in your browser.
